Valley West Mortgage, currently licensed in 20 states, is seeking experienced Loan Officers for its Call Center. Leads are provided!!

Mortgage Loan Originators are the rainmakers in the mortgage lending industry. Continuously cultivating relationships and helping homeowners an MLO must be licensed through the NMLS as required by the state of origination. In addition, MLO’s must be able to:

• Effectively originate loan applications
• Analyze credit, income and assets to ensure full loan qualification
• Explain the benefits of various loan products, including Non-QM loan options
• Assist clients in selecting the loan that best fits their current and future needs
• Communicate effectively and professionally with their clients, our vendors and internal Team Members

We are actively seeking Loan Officers for various types of position.

MLOs may handle incoming calls from several different advertising campaigns, make outbound calls based on the same or similar campaigns and/or generate leads through their current portfolio or referral base. As a trusted MLO with Valley West Mortgage you must be able to follow up with clients to gather the necessary documentation throughout the process through closing and effectively manage a number of loans at any given point in time.

MLOs at Valley West Mortgage will have full access to the entire portfolio of loan programs, including but not limited to:

• Residential Loans (FHA, VA, FNMA, FHLMC, USDA, and Non-QM)
• Commercial Loans
• Construction Loans
• Land Loans

Current average close times are 22 days from application to funding (as of 11/1/18). Loan Officers looking for company leads to help build their portfolio and assist during their slower times, we offer them too.
